They choose their tea
They receive their gift card with a unique code to spend on any of our teas at tigrisandleaf.com.
When will the gift card arrive?
By email, as soon as your order is complete. If you send it as a gift, it goes to them on the date you choose. Nothing is posted.
Can I send it straight to the person I'm gifting?
Yes. Tick I want to send this as a gift before adding it to your bag, then enter their name, email address, a message of up to 200 characters and the date to send it. If you leave it unticked, the gift card is emailed to you.
How do they use it?
At checkout on tigrisandleaf.com, they enter the code in the Discount code or gift card box and the amount comes off their order. If the order costs more, they pay the difference as usual.
Does it have to be spent in one go?
No. Anything not spent stays on the card for their next order.
Does it expire?
No, our gift cards have no expiry date.
How do they check the balance?
The gift card email has a link to view the card and its remaining balance at any time.
What if the email gets lost?
Email us at info@tigrisandleaf.com and we'll resend it.
