Refund policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once your return request has been accepted, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of tea pouches or herbal tea products once the pouch has been opened, the seal has been broken, or the product has been tampered with. If the seal is broken, the item will not be accepted for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Exceptions and Non Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea pouches, broken seals, or products that have been used or tampered with.

We also cannot accept returns for gift cards, sale items, or products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene, food safety, or product integrity reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to request a return for the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Online Purchase Cancellation Rights

For online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Once your cancellation request has been accepted, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

However, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed where they are not suitable for return due to health protection, hygiene, food safety, or product integrity reasons.

To be eligible for a return under this period, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Where a refund is due following cancellation, we will refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery charge originally paid, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
