At Tigris & Leaf, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order with care so your tea arrives safely and in good condition.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been received. After dispatch, express delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days, and standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. During busy periods, launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, delivery times, costs, customs duties, taxes, and import requirements may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

The final shipping cost will depend on the shipping method selected, order value, and delivery destination.

Delivery Times

Express delivery orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days, and standard delivery orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days, after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier or postal service used. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting your order, in line with our legal obligations.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Tigris & Leaf is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at tigrisandleaf@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at tigrisandleaf@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter and do our best to resolve it.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Delivery delays may sometimes occur due to couriers, postal services, severe weather, strikes, or events outside our control. If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at tigrisandleaf@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.

Food and Product Safety

Our tea products are packed carefully to protect product quality and freshness during transit.

If your package appears to have been opened, damaged, or tampered with during delivery, please do not use the product and contact us immediately.
